Hornets extend sponsorship with S R Waite Group for 2023

Rochdale Hornets are delighted to extend their sponsorship with S R Waite Group for the 2023 season.

The S R Waite Group, who are owned by Hornets chairman Andy Mazey, encompass three individual companies: S R Waite Electrical Contractors Ltd, Building Services & Facilities Management Ltd and Anderson & Maloney Ltd.

Despite each company operating individually, the group provides a range of specialist skills to ensure the best possible customer service is delivered.

Part of the sponsorship will see the S R Waite logo featured on the back of both Hornets' 2023 home and away Supro shirts. 

Hornets CEO Steve Kerr said: “Andy and the team at S R Waite are right behind the team in 2023 and I’m delighted that the chairman’s business has joined our expanding profile of commercial partners. 

"Andy and S R Waite have certainly gone the extra mile in supporting the club and that’s a strong message that should give confidence to our fans and partners."

Andy Mazey has echoed our CEO's positivity, saying he is delighted to further support Hornets in 2023. 

He said: “Rochdale Hornets is one of the most diverse and inclusive clubs in rugby league which dovetails perfectly with our own values here at S R Waite.

“The kits from Supro are outstanding and showcase our logo magnificently, so when Steve presented a proposal to me it felt like an opportunity not to be missed adding S R Waite to an impressive and growing commercial portfolio.

"With my chairman hat on I have been urging everyone that cares about Hornets of the need to support in any way they can and hopefully this sponsorship demonstrates I am leading from the front and adding the further support of my business to my own personal financial commitments to the club."

Rochdale Hornets hope to keep building on their commercial start to 2023 and continue to expand the brand.
