What to expect
Our first release of tickets is limited to just 2000 due to the current restrictions. However, the Crown Oil Arena has a capacity of just over 9000, meaning that we hope to release more tickets in due course, but fans should purchase their tickets early to ensure you don't miss out. Purchasing your ticket couldn't be easier, simply select the event through our ticketing platform, select a category of ticket and follow the on-screen instructions to complete you ticket purchase. Alternatively, you can call the office or visit our ticket office (during opening hours) to purchase at the stadium. Your tickets will be delivered using your selected method closer to the event, but you will receive a purchase confirmation.
Using your ticket is also very simple. When arriving at the ground you can gain entry by simply scanning your ticket at the turnstile scanner, or if you're in hospitality via our friendly front of house staff in reception. All your seating and turnstile information is printed directly on your ticket.
Q. How do I purchase a match day ticket?
A. You have a number of options. The first is to visit the online tickets page located on the top of the website and in the main menu. Simply click the link, choose your event and follow the online instructions. You will also be able to call the ticketing office or purchase at the stadium.
Q. How will I receive my ticket?
A. Your tickets won't be distributed until closer to the Match date. Fans have the option of selecting tickets to be posted or received as an eTicket which you can print or download to your phone. We are not offering a collection service from the stadium for the initial sale of tickets.
Q. Can I choose where I sit?
A. No, as we will operate the stadium to be covid compliant (restrictions to be reviewed) you are purchasing a category of ticket that the club will allocate as the best seat available. If restrictions are lifted and we can use the full stadium the remaining unsold tickets will be made available.
Q. Can I pay cash on match day?
A. No, this is a pre event sale only. There will be no tickets available on game day to purchase at the club. If availability remains, the only option will be to purchase online.
Q. Which turnstile should I use?
A. The turnstile listed on your ticket is the one you should use. If you try and access another turnstile you ticket will be rejected. This is to ensure you have the correct entry location and can get to your seat with ease.
Q. Are food kiosks and bars open when I visit?
A. We need to follow government guidelines. Currently (April 2021) we are not permitted to open kiosks and bars around the stadium. We are however hopeful that by October no restrictions will be in place. The Crown Oil Arena has plenty of kiosks and bars that you can enjoy.
Q. Is the main lounge open to spectators before and after kick off?
A. No, the main lounge is restricted to hospitality ticket holders and sponsors only. Our hospitality packages will be launching in due course, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Q. Can I purchase a box?
A. Yes, you can purchase a hospitality box for the event. Our packages will be ready in due course but please contact email@example.com for more information.
Q. Is parking available for the event?
A. Parking will be limited to hospitality, sponsors and box holders. We have limited parking availability which will need purchased in advance of the match. We have not yet placed parking on sale due to the current restrictions.
Q. If the match is cancelled can I have a refund?
A. Yes, we are offering a 'Money Back Guarantee' on your tickets if the event is cancelled due to the covid 19. Fans can therefore buy with confidence and we look forward to welcoming you to the Crown Oil Arena.
